  • How Do I Place An Order?
    Placing an order with us is very simple. Peruse our products, add your choice(s) into your shopping cart, and check out once finished. ​
  • Payment and Shipping?
    We accept standard payment methods, primarily Credit Cards and Paypal. Orders will be processed and shipped out within 24 hours of payment receipt. Only well respected shipping methods will be used to ensure quick and quality delivery.

  • Returns & Refunds?
    RETURNS Should you need to return an item, simply contact us and we will be delighted to walk you through our quick and efficient returns handling process. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will receive a full refund less any shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless we have made a mistake with your order whereby we will cover return costs. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned such as personal care goods (for example skincare and health beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Undelivered Items Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, returned or unclaimed parcels unless we made an error. Non-Refundable Goods We do not offer refunds or exchanges for skincare or healthcare items due to health reasons. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your return is not approved we will provide a detailed response advising the reason.
